City Parks. Nature Heals.
Decades of research on nature’s mental health effects found that spending as little as 10 minutes in nature shows positive associations with reduced stress and improved well-being in adults, including those with mental health conditions.
Post-COVID, I launched this NYC based campaign highlighting a simple, research-backed truth to life: even brief moments in nature can have a meaningful impact on mental well-being. The work visualizes how nature gently absorbs stress, anxiety, and heaviness—without effort or instruction.
The campaign reframes parks not as escapes from urban life, but as accessible, everyday tools for emotional relief, reminding us that feeling better can begin with something as simple as stepping outside.

Nature Heals NYC:
This microsite offered visitors a reassuring journey that turned awareness and education into personal relevance—using nature as a source of relief from the stress of isolation as New Yorkers reemerged from life during COVID-19.
The content focused on the benefits of nature for those struggling with anxiety, depression, and loneliness. Users could search for parks, playgrounds, and trails right in the “backyard” of New York City, making the benefit feel immediate, accessible, and inclusive for everyone.
